Pizzaïolo

For an Italian restaurant in the bilingual Canton of Bern (German and French), we are recruiting a Pizzaïolo / Assistant Cook in the federal capital.
As a Pizzaïolo, tasks include processing pizza dough, preparing pizzas, and baking in a stone oven. As an assistant cook, vegetables are washed, prepared, cut, and the existing kitchen brigade is supported.

At least six months of professional experience in Swiss gastronomy, ideally in an Italian restaurant. German is not necessary in the kitchen of an Italian restaurant; instead, French or Italian is required.
