Tasks & Challenges

• Independent and holistic management of a diverse real estate portfolio
• Competent contact person for owners, tenants and other stakeholders
• Responsibility for budgeting, planning and preparation of annual financial statements
• Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair orders
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Ensuring, optimizing and further developing internal workflows and processes
• Active participation in projects and cross-departmental topics

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed further training for a federal diploma in real estate management desirable
• Several years of experience in real estate management
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and decisiveness
• High service orientation and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient IT skills, high IT affinity
