Your tasks

Goods receipt

• Daily goods receipt and incoming goods inspection
• Use of SAP GUI with the MM and WM modules and the mobile application SAP FIORI for daily work
• General and department-specific distribution of parcel post in the hospital
• Area-specific requirements for delivery to departments using SAP FIORI

Warehouse management

• Ensuring orderly and sufficient stockkeeping
• Inventory monitoring/warehouse management using SAP GUI and SAP FIORI
• Professional storage according to applicable warehouse principles

Order processing

• Picking and delivery of requirement requests
• Processing of returns and re-entry

OR logistics

• Warehouse management with SAP and ConSense
• Internal transport of case trolleys between the central OR warehouse and decentralized OR warehouses
• Inspection of hook trolleys and replenishment using the ERP system (SAP GUI)

ConSense application

• Timely picking and preparation of case trolleys
• Return processing and re-storage in the central OR warehouse

Other activities

• Active support in the picking process
• Printing and copying work for internal forms
• Expiry date controls according to quality specifications
• Assistance with inventories and internal transports
• Participation in further training
• Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
• Activity as a vocational trainer
• Support during the inventory

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Some years of professional experience in the logistics sector
• Good user knowledge of SAP GUI (MM/WM and SAP FIORI)
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Independent, reliable and exact way of working
• High service and customer orientation
• Physical resilience and flexibility
• Team player, communicative and responsible personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Vocational trainer course is an advantage or willingness to complete it
• Experience in accompanying apprentices and interns is an advantage
