IT Supporter/System Administrator 100%

What do you bring with you?

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience as a System Administrator or Supporter
• Sound knowledge of current server & client operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams)
• Knowledge of cloud systems is an advantage (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Routing, Switching, VLANs and Firewalls
• High reliability, communication skills, independence and flexibility
• Very good German and good English skills
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland

About this position

• Receiving and processing support requests and fault reports
• Remote or on-site support for small to large customers
• Creating and maintaining operating manuals, instructions and checklists
• Operating and monitoring servers and networks at the customer and in the cloud
• Participation in IT projects internally or at the customer on-site
• Further development of our IT services as well as our cloud offering
