YOUR MISSION Within the framework of your activity, you supervise, plan and provide care to our residents taking into account their desires, care objectives and medical orders. Under the supervision of your nurse colleagues, you are required to manage a sector under delegation. In partnership with the resident, their relatives and the interdisciplinary team, you optimize their support. Furthermore, you determine the specific needs of each resident taking into account their health situation and transmit relevant information during the colloquiums in which you participate. In order to contribute to continuous training, you supervise our nursing assistants, apprentices, students, as well as our trainees. YOUR PROFILE * Holder of a CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health care or a title deemed equivalent * You benefit from significant professional experience in psychogeriatrics or in a hospital sector, an asset * Equipped with good listening and communication skills * Team spirit oriented, you are reactive and take initiatives.
