Your field of tasks:

• Responsible for the copying department
• Coordination of orders with the production management
• General copying orders in the small copying area A4 & A3
• Various tasks in the finishing area such as Wire-o binding, plastic comb/Fastback binding, creasing and various manual folds
• Data handling - sending and partly processing files
• Professional & competent telephone and personal customer advice
• Material orders
• Operating devices (various HP Plotter, Xerox, Canon, etc.)
• Scanning
• Further processing such as cutting, laminating, folding, sorting, quality control and preparing for shipment
• Equipping files from the internal project space
• Checking delivery notes for the accounting department
