• Completed training in the field of logistics
• Further training as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable further training is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable logistical area of responsibility
• Several years of leadership experience
• Sound and routine knowledge in handling SAP ERP
• Good knowledge of the SAP modules MM and WM
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement measures
• Knowledge of quality management methods
• High degree of initiative and organizational ability
• Distinct leadership competence
• Communication strength and assertiveness
• Team-oriented and solution-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good English skills

• Technical and personnel leadership of the team in the area of goods receipt and storage
• Planning and coordination of employee assignments in the inbound area
• Responsibility for all internal and external goods receipts in the warehouse
• Ensuring correct and efficient goods reception
• Organization and monitoring of professional unloading
• Coordination of the various unloading points
• Ensuring a smooth flow of goods within the warehouse
• Compliance with and monitoring of quality, safety, and process standards
• Independent further development of the inbound area
• Initiation and implementation of continuous improvement measures
• Co-shaping and optimization of existing logistics processes
• Central contact point for internal and external interfaces regarding the inbound process
• Creation and reporting of relevant key performance indicators to the department management
• Further development and management of the complaint management system
• Regular conduct of feedback and development discussions

• Leadership and active participation in projects and sub-projects
