For an internationally leading company in the Männedorf region, we are looking for an experienced, flexible and quick-learning personality as an Accounts Payable Clerk 100 % starting immediately. The position is limited to six to nine months as part of a maternity cover - with the possibility of an extension of up to twelve months. In this versatile role, you will take on tasks in accounts payable and work in an international environment with SAP.

Your tasks:

Independent processing of ongoing accounts payable
Checking, coding and posting of accounts payable invoices
Processing and monitoring the electronic invoice workflow
Control and reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
Clarification of differences and open items
Preparation and execution of payment runs
Processing of reminders and supplier inquiries
Maintenance and control of accounts payable master data
Posting of invoices in an international environment
Checking and correct treatment of VAT-relevant matters
Support during monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Carrying out account reconciliations and general accounting work
Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and international contact persons
Active participation in ensuring efficient and smooth processes
Support of the team during the maternity cover
Your profile:

Completed commercial basic training
Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
Several years of sound professional experience in accounts payable
Experience in international accounting
Good knowledge in the area of value added tax, ideally also with international matters
Good user knowledge in SAP
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
Independent, structured and exact way of working
Flexible and quick-learning personality
Quick comprehension and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with internal processes
Reliable, resilient and team-oriented way of working
Availability immediately or at short notice
Readiness for a temporary assignment of at least six to nine months
