To strengthen our team in the Charcuterie & Cheeses sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as Sector Manager, 100%, starting from 01.11.2026, for an indefinite duration, at the Genève site.

Your responsibilities

• You ensure the organization of the sales floor as well as the implementation of seasonal priorities in your sector.
• You are responsible for creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
• With your team, you ensure the production, freshness and quality of the products at all times.
• You are present at the point of sale and thus play a role model for your team.
• You ensure the personal and professional direction, training and development of the team.
• You organize your team in a responsible manner and thus ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
• You are responsible for achieving the agreed budget and performance objectives.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail in the field of food and beverages.
• You have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity.
• You have solid experience in management and are able to organize a team autonomously and competently.
• You always aim for perfection and have an affinity for food products.
• You are an experienced and motivated person with development potential and you wish to move to the next step of your career.
• You can motivate your team to provide high-level services in the long term thanks to your competent and exemplary attitude.
• You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and you keep your calm and an overview in hectic situations.
• You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
