For the successful sale of our high-quality condominiums, we are looking for a committed and sales-strong personality as:

Real Estate Consultant (80-100%)

Your main tasks

• Sale of condominiums in German-speaking Switzerland
• Creation of location and market analyses
• Development of marketing concepts in cooperation with internal departments and external agencies
• Support of banks and notaries
• Implementation of defined marketing measures including budget control
• Advice and support of customers during the entire sales process
• Organization and execution of viewings and sales meetings
• Preparation of the condominium establishment documents and the purchase contracts up to the signing at the notary

Your profile

• Experience in the real estate sector, especially in the sale of condominiums
• Sound real estate expertise and a commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training in the real estate industry
• High social competence and strong personal responsibility
• Proactive, independent, and trustworthy way of working with great commitment and passion
• Confident German in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Willingness for flexible mobility
