Electricity Project Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Implement the structures, processes, and technical organization of the site
• Participate in the creation, management, and direction of technical projects for different sites
• Guarantee compliance with requirements regarding safety, quality, environment, and profitability
• Ensure the management of offers as well as the monitoring of intermediate and final situations
• Supervise the maintenance of electrical installations in compliance with OIBT standards
• Supervise and accompany apprentices as well as interns in their professional development
• Coordinate technical needs for hardware and software with the various users

Profile

• CFC as an electrical fitter or electrical installer completed with a federal diploma, a federal master's degree constitutes a real advantage
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in the field of electricity
• Excellent organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Autonomous personality, capable of making decisions and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent mastery of French as well as English, both spoken and written
• Team spirit, benevolence, and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors
• Good mastery of standard IT tools
