Director of Planning and Production Façades

In order to ensure the planning and management of our Façades production, we are looking for our future director who will work closely with the execution directors and shared services, whose main responsibilities will be: The direct management of site managers (Bulle and Denges), who are themselves in charge of the complete operational management of the workshops, and their coordination The planning of the macro load of the department, in collaboration with the rest of the management (commercial, execution, and services) The management of subcontracting (decision, budget, organization, compliance) The commercial development of production, in particular the offers of services according to our available capacity and optimization of the exploitation of infrastructures Active participation in improvement and innovation projects The strategic management of production: definition and monitoring of objectives, contributing to the general interests of the company, resource decisions, collaboration on investments To meet this challenge, you are recognized for your pragmatic organizational skills. You are able to consider the aspects specific to a production of projects ranging from unique pieces to prototyped series, while ensuring the requirements of all manufacturing in terms of safety, quality, and deadlines. In this function at the center of the company's value chain, you live and advocate collaboration with other sectors. Resolutely focused on the future, you are always looking to improve production, whether in terms of skills, tools, technology, or resource utilization (human, energy, material). Your relevant and correct analysis of the elements at play allows you to make decisions in the interest of the company and react and adapt to planned or unplanned situations. To do this, you demonstrate anticipation and consideration of all departments, and communicate clearly and transparently with the people and sectors involved. Thanks to your teams, you are able to satisfy your internal customers in order to carry out Sottas projects and satisfy our external customers. In order to ensure the technical role of the position, you possess the following characteristics: You are an expert in production environments, with a very good understanding of the supply chain, and experience in continuous improvement in a production context (such as lean management) You hold a degree in production engineering or equivalent training You master the usual computer tools and are experienced in the operation of an ERP and/or MES Do you want to develop professionally, take on technical challenges, and participate in large-scale projects?
