We are a small, dedicated team with a lot of heart, passion, and responsibility. For our business customers and the technology in the roastery & cafés, we are looking for a new personality to grow together with us – as a service technician in the heart of our operations.

What it's about
Behind every good coffee is a machine that runs. You ensure that.

You maintain, repair, and install the coffee machines of our business customers – half of the time in the workshop, one to two days per week on the road at the customer's site. In addition, there are projects: setting up new production equipment in the roastery, technically equipping a coffee house, building things that did not exist before.

And we repair instead of replace. A machine that would be disposed of elsewhere continues to run with us. This is not only cheaper – it is one of the reasons why we are a B Corp.

What you bring with you (or are ready to develop towards):

• You are a problem solver through and through – a fault that no one finds does not let you go
• You work cleanly and in a structured manner and document what you have done
• You take responsibility, think ahead, and like to roll up your sleeves
• You present yourself in a friendly manner to the customer and explain in a way that everyone understands
• You think humanly: honesty, respect, and genuine togetherness are important to you
• You love quality – in the machine, in the service, in how you treat one another
• Driver's license category B for on-site assignments

You bring a completed technical training – whether car mechanic, bicycle mechanic, motorcycle mechanic, polymechanic, designer, or something related, it doesn't matter to us.
