Your Task ##

• Support of international customers via telephone and e-mail
• Monitoring and ensuring timely order processing including export
• Creation of offers and processing of complaints
• Cooperation with field service, sales representatives, and freight forwarders
• Maintenance of master data and administration of the assortment

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of experience in export and order processing required
• Very good German, English, and French skills necessary
