You are the first point of contact for technical concerns, ensure the smooth operation of the client infrastructure, and actively participate in the further development of our workplace services. 02 Your task ## • Receipt, analysis, and processing of incidents and service requests (1st and 2nd level support) • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows workstations, notebooks, and mobile devices • User and permission management in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID • Administration and support of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive • Provision and management of hardware as well as lifecycle management of end devices • Participation in rollouts, migrations, and workplace projects • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external IT partners 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Bistro or cafeteria • Bonus model • Independent organization of daily business • Guaranteed hybrid or home office working • Good public transport connections • International field of activity 04 Your profile ## • Completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or a comparable IT training • Professional experience in IT support or workplace management • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory or Entra ID • Experience with endpoint management (e.g., Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) is an advantage • Basic knowledge in the area of network, printers, and IT security • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of direct contact with users • Very good German skills as well as good English skills 05 Things to know ## We are looking for a personality who likes to take on responsibility, enjoys customer contact, and supports modern workplace solutions with enthusiasm.
