Operations Manager 100% (m/f) in Full-Reuenthal (CH)

Your core tasks are:

• Operational Management: You are responsible for the industrial shift operation of the processing plant and ensure the achievement of production targets.
• Team Leadership: As the direct supervisor of the shift leaders (two teams of 6 employees each), you promote a performance culture based on safety, quality, and personal responsibility.
• Process Optimization: You continuously analyze production processes and implement measures to increase efficiency and maximize recovery rates.
• Maintenance Planning: You coordinate preventive maintenance and repair to guarantee maximum plant availability.
• Quality Management: You monitor the production volume and ensure that the output materials meet the highest quality standards.
• Occupational Safety & Environment: You bear responsibility for strict compliance with safety regulations as well as environmental requirements and promote risk awareness within the team.

Your profile:

• Education: You have a basic technical education with further qualification, for example as a recycler, mechanic, electrician, or maintenance specialist.
• Professional Experience: You bring leadership experience from a production environment, ideally from the recycling or construction materials industry.
• Leadership Personality: As an assertive personality, you are characterized by a high "hands-on" mentality and enthusiasm for forward-looking, sustainable technologies.
• Values: A strong awareness of occupational safety as well as ecological responsibility is a matter of course for you.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German; English is an advantage.
