About Our Client ##

Our client is a Swiss industrial SME specializing in the manufacture of high-precision components for demanding sectors such as aeronautics, medical, watchmaking, and automotive. In a context of growth and evolution of its processes, the company wishes to strengthen its management team with a Quality Manager capable of sustainably evolving its quality system.

Job Description ##

Your responsibilities as :

• Drive and evolve the quality management system.
• Guarantee compliance with ISO 9001 and EN/AS 9100 standards.
• Structure quality processes and strengthen their integration into operations.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement among teams.
• Drive internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Monitor quality indicators, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Methods, and R&D.
• Guarantee the means and control procedures necessary for product compliance.
• Support the evolution of the quality system within the framework of the migration to a new ERP.
• Participate in projects related to future certifications, notably ISO 14001.
• Manage and develop a team of 6 people.
• Participate in strategic decisions as a member of the executive committee.

The Successful Applicant ##

The ideal profile of the Quality Manager

• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in the implementation, structuring, or improvement of a quality system.
• Very good mastery of ISO 9001 and EN/AS 9100 standards.
• Experience in aeronautics is strongly preferred; experience in medical is also very appreciated.
• Good understanding of production environments and industrial technical issues.
• English B2 minimum.
