Team Leader - Civil Engineering
Your mission:
In support of the foreman, you ensure the coordination and smooth running of the work on the ground.
Your main responsibilities:
Supervise and organize the work of your team on the construction site
Read plans and follow the foreman's instructions
Ensure compliance with safety rules and the quality of the work
Participate in earthworks and civil engineering works
Perform excavation, earthworks, and pipe laying work
Manage equipment and ensure its proper use
Collaborate with the foreman and the various stakeholders on the construction site
Your profile:
Holder of a CFC in masonry, road construction or an equivalent training
Minimum 2 years of experience in Switzerland as a team leader in the field of civil engineering / earthworks
Good knowledge of earthworks, excavation, and pipe laying
Ability to supervise and motivate a team
Autonomous, organized and responsible
Driving license indispensable (cat. B)
