Youth Worker Open Youth Work

The VJF leads open youth work mandates in over 50 communities and offers integration services and socio-cultural activities. The VJF staff sets up various projects and offers with the target groups in the communities. The focus of the activities is on promoting action and social competence. Voluntary work, participation, and resource-oriented work are the guiding working principles. The Open Youth Work Muri is aimed primarily at young people from 11 to 18 years old. It operates a youth center with regular opening hours, is on the road in public spaces, and sets up projects and events with and for young people. It works with local partners, institutions, and authorities. For the implementation and substantive shaping of Open Youth Work Muri, we are looking for a professional in Open Youth Work. The start of work is in August or by agreement. You have pleasure in working with young people and bring suitable experience. You work regularly on Wednesdays and Fridays and are available for planned deployments in the evening and at weekends. Partially flexible working hours and home office options are available.
