It supports the development of their autonomy, freedom, and well-being, in an adapted and secure framework, thanks to qualified, responsible, and caring staff.

As part of various replacements, we are looking for our residential unit welcoming children and adolescents with multiple disabilities:

Social Educator (M/F)

Mission :

• Socio-educational and care support for all acts of daily life.
• The development, monitoring, and evaluation of individualized projects for beneficiaries through a reference system.
• Participation in projects related to the organization, functioning, and pedagogical line of the home and the institution.
• Close collaboration with educational, nursing, and housekeeping staff.
• Regular collaboration with the beneficiaries' relatives and various intra- and extra-institutional partners.

Your profile :

• A social educator training at ES/HES level.
• Particular skills in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of individualized projects for beneficiaries.
• Experience and/or a solid interest in supporting children with multiple disabilities in all aspects of their daily lives.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Creativity and reflective capacity in connection with the dynamics of the home and institutional work.
• Driver's license indispensable
