Bern, Schweiz | 100-80% (Jobsharing möglich) This is what you can contribute <br /> • You are responsible for the holistic collection, analysis and control of technical and professional requirements in your assigned areas. • You evaluate technical specifications and supplier offers in terms of performance, costs and budget. • You ensure the quality of the solutions through active participation in quality assurance and testing and accompany releases until they are in stable operation. • You actively bring your inputs into the architecture work, analyze existing systems and ensure sustainable and scalable solutions through clear target images. • You support the prioritization and control of requirements, defects and improvements and ensure transparent and structured tracking. • You actively drive digital development forward and set impulses for sustainable, innovative solutions in the job market environment. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed university degree (FH or university) in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification is an advantage. • Several years of professional experience in business informatics, preferably in the control of complex IT systems and IT architectures. • Knowledge of IT architecture, IT security and service management (ITIL); experience with agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage. • Analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to lead professionally and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. • Good active knowledge of an official language in word and writing, passive knowledge of a second official language and English language skills. <br /> In brief The Directorate for Work of SECO is the federal government's competence center for labor market policy and unemployment insurance.
