KiTa Manager (40–60 %) Build and shape something new together For our newly emerging daycare / KiTa in Basel-Stadt, we are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and warm KiTa Manager (40–60 %) who, with professional competence, leadership experience, and joy in pedagogical work, actively helps shape the establishment and development of our KiTa. The special thing about this position: Our KiTa is under construction. You have the unique opportunity to build the design and development of our KiTa from the very beginning together with us and to actively help shape the opening. From the pedagogical structures to the design of everyday KiTa life and the building of the team, you can contribute your ideas and experiences and create something special together with us. As a KiTa Manager, you take on a responsible and versatile task. You lead the team, shape the pedagogical everyday life, and ensure together with your employees that the children feel safe, secure, and individually supported with us.
