We are looking for immediately or by agreement Pflegefachperson HF, DNI, FaGe 50-100% / 80-100%/ 60-100% Area of responsibility: • Professional care and support of our residents or patients, taking into account their individual needs • Coordination and implementation of the care and support process in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team • Medication management, including documentation and control of medication administration Your profile • Training as a Dipl.
