Exciting tasks await:

• Participation in the processing and decision on appeals against first-instance decisions in the field of civil law
• Preparation of draft judgments
• Participation in judgment deliberations
• Final editing of judgments

The activity concerns the assessment of complex legal, factual, and evidentiary issues at a high level. Through your activity, you will have a substantive and formal influence on the appearance of the continuously published high court practice.

What you bring:

• Completed legal studies (lic. iur. / MLaw), preferably attorney admission (Anwaltspatent)
• Professional experience in the judiciary, legal profession, or administration
• Independent, efficient, and precise way of working
• Good oral and written expression
• High level of commitment
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility

The courts issue judgments every day in a wide variety of legal areas.

The focus is on an efficient and citizen-oriented judiciary for peaceful coexistence in the Canton of Aargau.
