Your Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the Payroll and Time Management team
• Overall responsibility for efficient, correct, and legally compliant payroll and time management of the Klinikgruppe Valens
• Responsibility for the support and further development of the time management system Polypoint PEP
• Participation in and leadership of HR projects
• Driving digitalization as well as optimization of payroll and time processes
• Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements
• Contact person for managers and in complex cases
• Reporting and key figures such as Perinnova, hospital statistics, etc.
• Interface to financial accounting, controlling, and external partners and authorities

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training with further training in the HR/Payroll area (e.g., HR-Fachfrau/-mann, Payroll-Experte /-Expertin)
• Several years of experience in payroll and time management
• Sound leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Swiss wage and social insurance law
• Experience with common HR systems (Abacus, Polypoint PEP or similar)
• Structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
• Proficient IT skills and readiness for change
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel within the Klinikgruppe Valens
