Social worker - Common ORP-CSR Unit (70%)

Le Service social de la Ville de Lausanne (SSL) provides social and financial support to residents of Lausanne in difficulty. It is the Centre social régional (CSR) responsible for applying the Loi sur l'action sociale vaudoise (LASV) and delivering the Revenu d'insertion (RI) in Lausanne, one of the cantonal social aids. The common ORP-CSR Unit brings together within the same team personnel advisors from the Office régional de placement and social workers from the Centre social régional who, together, follow beneficiaries of social aid.

Main mission(s)

Provide social support with a view to promoting the autonomy of beneficiaries (establish a social assessment and a personalized action plan, accompany and advise the beneficiary in pursuing the fixed objectives)

Advise, orient, and accompany beneficiaries of the common ORP-CSR unit in order to allow them socio-professional (re)integration, in collaboration with the personnel advisors

Propose, organize, and implement, in collaboration with internal and external specialists, the measures useful for achieving the objectives

Profile

HES Bachelor's in social work or an equivalent title

Professional experience in a social service and/or in the field of professional reintegration, an asset

Good knowledge of the Vaud social network and social insurance

Adaptability

Interest in teamwork and peer supervision

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Special conditions

Clean criminal record

Mandatory presence on Thursdays
