As Product Owner, you take on the functional responsibility for the conception, development, and implementation of our new cyber products. You ensure that business requirements are transferred into efficient, scalable, and customer-oriented processes in the new core system.

What awaits you

• You take on the functional Product Owner responsibility for product development, underwriting, and claims processes in the new core system.
• You analyze requirements from the business, structure them, and translate them into clear process and system requirements.
• Together with specialist departments, IT, and program management, you develop future-proof solutions for Cyber, as well as for property and liability products.
• You prioritize requirements and ensure pragmatic, value-oriented implementation.
• You ensure that processes are implemented in a functionally correct, operationally efficient, regulatorily sound, and understandable way for users.
• You accompany the implementation from conception through testing and acceptance to introduction in operational business and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• You ensure transparency, commitment, and progress in implementation, identify potential for improvement, and continuously develop the core processes end-to-end, also including external network partners.

What you bring with you

• You have several years of experience in the insurance environment, ideally in the areas of product development, underwriting, and claims, as well as in business analysis or process design.
• You bring very good knowledge of the cyber market as well as the associated processes and requirements, including after-sales servicing.
• You have experience in structuring business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions and functional specifications.
• You have a good understanding of core systems, digital processes, and the collaboration between business and IT.
• You are characterized by high initiative, a strong orientation toward implementation, and great motivation to take on responsibility in a transformation environment.
• Ideally, you have good knowledge of property and liability insurance in the retail and commercial sectors.
• You possess very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage.
