Your future responsibilities: • You will be in charge of a client portfolio and your mission will be to retain and develop it. • You will also have to dynamize account openings and you will carry out your own negotiations. • You will have to supervise your clients' projects, respect deadlines and transmit their needs internally. • You will monitor your activities and be a support for your colleagues. • You will participate in different events and trade shows to develop and strengthen your network. • You will assist recruiters in their tasks as an expert. • You are a guarantee of respect for working conditions, standards and laws. • You will be an available, flexible and involved interlocutor. • You will be an ambassador for our company, its values and principles. • You may participate in the company's steering sessions as a guest. Your profile: • You have real skills for consulting and negotiation. • You have recognized experience in sales and recruitment jobs and you excel in a particular field of activity. • You know the specificities of the employment market in the region. • Whether you are a university graduate or self-taught, we are looking for passionate talents. • You are a competitor and you develop your performance in a team spirit. • You have an excellent command of French with a very good writing ability. • You speak one or more foreign languages fluently. • You have a good knowledge of usual computer tools. • You have a real sense of being (availability, rigor, relational, charisma, ...). • You are a trustworthy and discreet person. • You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage urgencies and priorities.
