We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 56’400 and CHF 66’400 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with different competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range.

• In this role, you will get to know all work areas in delivery during 10 months.
• In addition to your day-to-day business in delivery, the focus is on leadership activities.
• You will receive insights into the leadership tasks of letter and parcel delivery as well as the support organization and can expand your knowledge.
• Use the opportunity to gain cross-departmental operational and leadership experience while a member of the management accompanies and supports you.
• You will get the chance to network internally through your diverse assignments as well as to understand the overall processes of delivery.
