Tasks ##

• You bear responsibility for the care and nursing process and ensure the care of residents, also with regard to tracheostomy cannula/ventilation, in close cooperation with doctors and therapies.
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competency levels.
• You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You participate in the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.

Profile ##

• Great organizational talent with an exact way of working as well as independent, self-responsible and also strategic thinking
• Training as a nursing specialist (FH/HF/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Ideally, you have experience in the care and support of people with a tracheostoma/ventilation, or you bring a high motivation to learn this
• A warm and humorous basic attitude and interest in people distinguishes you
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
