How the professional daily routine is structured
Until the retirement of the current job holder, the position will be filled as a co-management position, from July 2027 as the sole ward management
Bearing responsibility for planning, organizational, and leadership tasks
Responsibility for the implementation of performance targets on the ward
Responsibility regarding securing nursing quality as well as the implementation and ensuring the sustainability of Lean Hospital
Member of the ward management committee in the sense of Shared Governance
Collaboration in direct nursing in a dynamic team
Competencies and potential
Basis: Diploma as a nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
Preferably: several years of leadership experience in an acute care facility, preferably management training in healthcare
Very preferably: team player qualities and desire for leadership tasks, combined with an economic mindset
And also: communicative organizational talent
Indispensable: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital daily routine
