What you can achieve:
In this function, you will take on technical and operational leadership in the reception area and will report directly to the Sector Head Reception. In a lead role together with the other object managers, you form the management team and can thus directly influence the development of your employees.
You ensure that the client's tasks are executed correctly and are responsible for achieving the required results and complying with all specifications in the defined sub-processes. Optimal customer and employee satisfaction is your priority.
The leadership and promotion of your employees through consistent support, as well as the conducting of periodic qualification interviews and supervision, is your focus. Your working hours are based on the one hand on the needs of the customer but primarily on the employees, who mainly work from Monday to Friday.
