• 08 July 2026 • 100% • Indeterminate duration • French (Native language) • Rue de Malatrex 14, 1201 Geneva • Log in to see the salary estimate of jobup.ch The Caisses de compensation du bâtiment et de la gypserie-peinture are looking for a: Exploitation Manager at 100%   Entry into function: 1 September 2026   Job profile • Ensure the overall security of the information system • Pilot the operation of servers and network infrastructures including AS400 • Guarantee the quality of service and system availability • Provide support to users • Contribute to the evolution of the company's website and ensure its maintenance • Contribute to the strategy for evolving infrastructures • Manage IT orders and ensure follow-up • Document procedures and maintain up-to-date operating documentation Required qualities You hold a higher education degree in computer science (CFC + ES, HES, Bachelor or equivalent) and have confirmed experience in IT operations, systems, and networks. You master the challenges related to security, availability, and performance of IT infrastructures, and demonstrate great rigor as well as a strong sense of responsibility. Endowed with an excellent analytical spirit, you are able to quickly diagnose incidents and propose effective solutions. You are familiar with IT systems such as Windows, Linux, AS400, Nutanix (7.6) and know how to reconcile operational exploitation and continuous improvement. Finally, you have programming skills, which would be a real asset. Autonomous and proactive, you do not hesitate to take relevant initiatives to move topics forward. You appreciate accompanying and supporting users on a daily basis, while ensuring clear and effective communication with specialized contacts.   Valid work permit.   Why join the CCB?
