Employee Quality Assurance / Key User Babtec (Mechanical Manufacturing)

Your area of responsibility #### Ensuring quality in FIM RF production (mechanical manufacturing) through incoming goods, intermediate, and final inspections, as well as supporting the implementation and further development of the quality system. The function includes operational measurement and testing tasks as well as BABTEC-based activities. • Carrying out measurements and tests according to the test plan • Documenting test results and decisions in Babtec • Deciding on acceptance or rejection of test batches • Final inspection of finished goods on Keyence LM-X100 and IM-X1000 and general support in measurement and testing processes • Recording test plans and entering measurement data in BABTEC • Processing error messages (in BABTEC) and developing corrective measures (based on PDCA) • Supporting the 4-eyes control principle • Supporting KVP, SFM, IdM, and UMS guidelines • Ensuring cleanliness and order (5S) Your profile #### • Technical basic training, preferably as a machine mechanic, polymechanic, or precision mechanic • Further training in the field of quality assurance (e.g., quality specialist) • Knowledge of BABTEC and SAP • Experience in QS and testing processes • Good PC and ERP skills (SAP, Office) • Exact and clean work according to specifications • Communication skills and stress resistance • High level of personal responsibility and reliability • Understanding of production processes and procedures Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Wide range of training and further education opportunities • 5 weeks of vacation • Company restaurant with varied menus at attractive prices • Contribution to fitness and swimming pool subscriptions • Generous contribution to the half-fare subscription • Over-obligatory pension fund and much more- We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
