#yourdailybusiness
-Warehouse management

• Goods orders and their incoming inspection
• Administration of the goods management system
• Preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly closings
• Carrying out and controlling the inventory
• Preparation of statistics and monthly reports
• Reconciliation and control of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Co-responsibility for all outlets
• General administrative work and maintenance of the POS cash system

-Technical and organizational leadership of one employee
-Support in the operational areas

#yourqualifications
-You have vocational training in the hotel industry or a degree from a recognized hotel management school or corresponding professional experience in another industry
-Ideally, you already have professional experience in this position or are looking to enter administration
-You have good IT skills and a flair for numbers
-You convince through a confident, friendly, and customer-oriented appearance and demonstrate your social competence in dealing with employees, supervisors, guests, and suppliers
-You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
-You like to take responsibility and meet all interlocutors at eye level
-High flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
-You speak fluent German and good English, ideally you can also communicate in French (any further language is an advantage)
