Hauspfleger/in on an hourly basis, starting immediately or by arrangement.### Your tasks • Holistic and resource-oriented care as well as support for our clients in their homes • Support with activities of daily living • Implementation of nursing measures according to your training and competencies • Participation in individual care planning and its implementation • Careful electronic nursing documentation • Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary Spitex team • Shared responsibility for a high quality of care and support What you bring with you • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, Fachausweis SRK or dipl.
