To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, independent, and responsible personality as a Pad Printer. Your tasks • Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of our pad printing systems • Setting up new print orders as well as optimizing printing parameters • Mixing and adjusting colors, hardeners, and dilutions • Ensuring a constantly high print quality, therefore very good eyesight is required. • Quality controls during production and documentation of the results • Carrying out small maintenance work as well as resolving simple malfunctions • Support in the introduction of new products and printing processes • Active participation in the continuous improvement of our production processes • Close cooperation with production, paint shop, development, and quality management Your profile • Training as a pad printer, screen printer, print technologist, or a comparable technical training • Experience in industrial pad printing is an advantage • Technical understanding as well as interest in modern production processes • Independent, careful, and structured way of working • High quality standard and strong sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and reliability • Good German skills in speaking and writing What awaits you • A varied and responsible activity • Modern production facilities and high-quality technologies • A motivated, familial, and collegial team • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Independent work with development opportunities • Thorough induction and support from experienced employees • Contemporary employment conditions as well as a secure workplace in a growing company Interested?
