YOUR TASKS ##

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of a logistics team with 12 to 16 employees
• Creation of work and deployment plans as well as conducting employee appraisals
• Ensuring internal clinic material supply and goods availability
• Responsibility for central and decentralized warehouse management including inventories
• Active participation in day-to-day operational business
• Taking over project tasks in the new building project «Schachenallee»
• Close cooperation with the procurement team to ensure efficient procurement and logistics processes
• Maintenance and control of master and planning data in SAP
• Creation and evaluation of KPIs as well as implementation of improvement measures in the logistics area

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as Logistiker/in EFZ with further training in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of professional experience in logistics, including some years in a leadership function
• Experience in procurement is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of SAP as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Initial experience in project management as well as in the analysis and optimization of logistics processes
• Ideally knowledge in the healthcare sector
• Networked thinking as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to actively shape changes and continuously develop and improve processes
