L-Office de la construction plans, implements, and maintains cantonal constructions. For the d-Altdorf site, following a retirement on 1 February 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for a person to be employed as a project manager and site manager in construction.

Tasks

• Autonomous direction of works for renovation, transformation, and new construction projects of small to medium scale
• Coordination of project stakeholders, including user needs
• Management and control of construction projects in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Tenders, award, cost control, acceptance, and project closure
• Coordination of building maintenance and participation in medium and long-term maintenance planning
• Technical support to the head of the Office de la construction for questions related to construction and real estate

Requirements

• Training as a draftsman / draftswoman CFC architecture orientation or comparable basic technical training
• Continuing education in the field of site management
• Several years of professional experience in construction as well as in site management
• Knowledge of tenders, cost management, and construction processes
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and team spirit
