The Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrische Dienst (KJPD) is looking for a committed and experienced personality as a Lead Psychologist / Senior Physician for the Autism specialist consultation starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement

Your tasks ##

• Personnel and technical leadership of a team with approximately 6 employees as direct supervisor
• Technical coaching of employees of the specialist consultation and the general psychiatric outpatient clinic
• Carrying out outpatient (test) diagnostic assessments of children and adolescents
• Carrying out psychotherapeutic treatments in individual and group settings in the field of autism, including parent training
• Counseling and therapy of children and adolescents as well as their parents/families
• Participation in the further development and expansion of the specialized autism consultation
• Networking work with internal and external specialists, institutions, authorities, and insurance companies

Your profile ##

• Completed psychology degree or medical degree as well as federally recognized further training in psychotherapy / medical specialist title in psychiatry
• Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and particular interest in the topic of autism
• Leadership experience or demonstrated interest in taking on a leadership function
• Strong social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilient, flexible, and reliable personality with humor and commitment
