SME Product Manager Non-Life (m/w/d) In this responsible role, you will take over the strategic and operational further development of our property and liability products for the SME segment and actively shape their future along the entire value chain. This is what you can expect You will create the product strategy and roadmap for property and liability products in the SME segment, including prioritization based on the business case. You will continuously develop our product range and insurance coverage with a focus on property and liability for SMEs in the non-life sector. You will conduct market and portfolio analyses and derive measures for product development from them. You will coordinate product developments across teams and along the entire value chain in close cooperation with, for example, sales, pricing, underwriting, and claims departments. You will be responsible for collecting and formulating business requirements and reconciling them with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure the quality of implementation in core systems as well as contract and customer documentation and business processes and coordinate closely with IT. You will continuously review the achievement of goals in monitoring and reporting and develop measures for continuous optimization. You will support sales communication and training. You will create presentations and analyses for decision-making bodies, training, and information events. This is what you bring You have a completed degree and/or corresponding professional experience in the field at an insurance company. You bring in-depth SME product expertise in the area of property and liability as well as sound market know-how. You have experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable environment (e.g., underwriting, claims). You work in a data-based manner (e.g., portfolio and claims analyses, KPI tracking) and derive well-founded decisions from it. You bring drive, energy, and motivation for changes and find yourself well in a dynamic and growing environment. You have a goal-oriented, structured, and independent way of working, enjoy developing innovative solutions, and want to actively shape changes. You are a communicative, team- and customer-oriented personality who likes to work with different stakeholder groups (sales, claims, IT, etc.).
