In this leadership role, you will work with your team to ensure a smooth process in the warehouse and commissioning area and will lend a hand where it is needed.​ Your area of responsibility:- Ensuring compliance with all labor and safety regulations • Raising awareness among employees for safe working • Instruction and training of employees • Monitoring compliance with team and company rules • Monitoring the current order situation and ensuring timely processing of orders • Controlling warehouse processes and commissioning workflows • Ensuring compliance with defined process standards • Personnel deployment planning • Contact person for employees during the shift • Retrieval and provision of material for the commissioning zone • Management of logistical movements as well as coordination of incoming and outgoing goods movements • Power User for system questions during the shift • Creation of a complete shift protocol • Structured handover of shifts • Interface and close cooperation with the warehouse team manager Your profile:- Basic training in logistics • Willingness to work shifts • At least 2 years of leadership experience in logistics or warehouse • Good SAP knowledge (SAP WM and EWM knowledge) • MS Office knowledge • Knowledge of automated warehouse systems or high-bay warehouses and their technical availability • Knowledge of occupational safety • Experience in dealing with maintenance partners • MS Office knowledge • Sense of responsibility and role model function • Assertiveness and team orientation • Organizational and coordination talent • Quality and safety awareness • Stress resistance and decision-making ability in shift operation • Good German language skills in word and writing ​ Interested?
