This includes the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and the overall appearance. • During your regular inspections, you identify defects, initiate corresponding measures, and document them carefully. • You handle minor malfunctions and repairs independently; if necessary, you call in specialists. • You are the central point of contact for users on site and take care of building access for external specialists. • You support the object management with administrative tasks such as planning building tours or using meeting rooms. • Additionally, you carry out inspections and maintenance on building technical systems according to the defined service level. This is what you bring • You have completed a basic vocational or technical training (preferably HLKSE), supplemented by further training in the field of janitorial services / maintenance. • Your in-depth knowledge of technical and infrastructural facility management as well as initial experience in the field of janitorial services help you to master this exciting challenge competently. • You are a flexible and resilient person and have a pleasure in daily customer contact. • With your category B driver's license, you can reach our different locations flexibly. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and can apply your good MS-Office skills in your work.
