Employee Reorganisation and Indexing (m/f/d)

Your field of activity
You will work in projects in the area of reorganisation of (paper) files and archival indexing in the Bern-Thun area. This includes:
Creation of physical order as well as repacking and recording documents in archive information systems
Scanning and indexing of analog and digital documents
Software-supported further processing of scanned documents
What you bring
You are an upbeat, performance-oriented person and are eager to get involved in the transition from the analog to the digital world;
Training or professional experience in the field of I+D is an advantage, eager-to-learn career changers are also welcome;
You are experienced in using digital tools and can concentrate well, so that you also perform repetitive processes with great reliability
You are willing to work flexibly in terms of time and location if required (greater Bern Thun area)
You are fluent in written and spoken German, further language skills are an advantage
