The Verein Katzenhübel offers adults with support needs demand-oriented, animal- and nature-oriented living and working spaces on the farm. At both locations - Dürrenäsch and Teufenthal AG - people with a cognitive impairment and/or an autism spectrum disorder live and/or work. To reinforce our support team, we are looking for a committed personality with professional expertise who enjoys taking on responsibility, starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. Social Pedagogue, Specialist in Care or Work Agogist on the farm ## Workload 70% - 100% You accompany adults with support needs in the areas of work, living and leisure on the farm. Your tasks • Demand-oriented support of people with different resources • Enabling participation in social life and self-determination • Nursing assistance services and health care • Taking on key person work • Cooperation with legal representatives, relatives and external specialists • Taking over/collaborating in departments according to your personal competencies • Participation in team meetings and case discussions • Interdisciplinary cooperation with external specialist agencies • Weekend care and night standby service in the house • Administrative tasks and reporting Work areas • Household, cleaning, laundry, shopping • Cooking, food processing • Agriculture, livestock, garden, surroundings Your profile • Completed training in social pedagogy, FaBe or work agogics • Joy in lively relationships with different people • Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairment • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and Supported Communication is an advantage • ideally manual skills in the garden, small animal husbandry or household • Appreciative interaction and support at eye level • Empathic, humorous and resilient personality • Commitment and independent work in a team • Readiness for irregular shifts, weekend and night standby service • Driver's license category B or BE desired We offer you • A versatile, interesting and demanding job on a farm • An open and partnership-based working atmosphere in a "Du" culture • Great opportunities for participation and co-design in a young institution • Contemporary employment conditions • Beautiful place of work with fresh country air A collegial, humorous and committed team of trained persons in the social/agogic field and from other professional fields is waiting for you!
