Job description
For our Biel-Mett location, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist with heart and experience (80%-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. In our daycares and day structures, we offer children from three months up to school age an environment in which they can spend the day with competent care and develop through plenty of movement, healthy food, and discovery trips in the forest and nature. In doing so, we orient ourselves towards modern pedagogical concepts: With open daycare work, we support children on their way to independence by letting them actively participate and help shape their daily lives. Your future area of work: Together with your team colleagues, you will shape a varied daycare everyday life. This should invite the children to explore, experience, and develop. Together you cook at the campfire, have races, or build the Leaning Tower of Pisa even more crookedly. In doing so, you take a child-centered stance. The assumption and co-shaping of areas of responsibility as well as the further development of pedagogical subject areas are motivating aspects of your professional everyday life. With your leadership qualities, you support trainees optimally in their learning process and are a reliable counterpart to them. What we expect from you:

Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kinder
French language skills at least at B2 level
Appreciative and respectful attitude towards children and caregivers
