Recruitment Officer Higher education (University, HES or equivalent). Confirmed experience of a minimum of 8 years in the recruitment of technical, industrial or engineering profiles. Significant experience in recruitment on the Swiss market is indispensable. Excellent knowledge of the economic fabric and the professional environment in French-speaking Switzerland. Confirmed mastery of sourcing and direct approach techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking). Irreproachable French, oral and written. Excellent analytical, communication and talent evaluation skills. Organization, autonomy, rigor and sense of priorities. Discretion and respect for confidentiality. Define search strategies adapted to recruitment needs. Write and distribute advertisements on various recruitment channels. Identify, approach and attract the best talent through sourcing and direct approach techniques. Conduct the entire recruitment process, from pre-selection to the presentation of candidates. Organize and conduct evaluation interviews. Develop and maintain a network of external partners (agencies, specialized firms, schools, etc.).
