Your tasks

• You are responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of training for grid electrician apprentices in collaboration with a small training team.
• You act as a trainer and instructor during inter-company courses and transmit your professional knowledge in a practical, understandable, and enthusiastic manner.
• You organize refresher and continuing education courses for apprentices and adults and actively contribute your practical experience.
• You participate in courses on switching operations and live-line work and contribute to safe and practice-compliant execution.
• You develop and maintain course and training documents with the training team and develop them continuously.
• You support the organizational and administrative tasks related to our training and courses.
• Occupational safety is a deep conviction for you. You transmit safe working practices in training and live them daily at work.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a grid electrician CFC and several years of practical professional experience in grid construction.
• You have successfully completed the continuing education as a network specialist with a federal certificate of competency.
• You enjoy transmitting your professional knowledge and practical experience to apprentices and adults. Initial experience in training or instruction is an advantage.
• An SVEB certificate or comparable continuing education in adult training is desirable. If you do not have it yet, you are interested in training in the field of training and didactics.
• You have in-depth knowledge in grid construction and know the practical daily challenges of a grid electrician.
• You can explain practical work clearly, like to engage with people, and feel comfortable in front of a group.
• Safety, quality, and responsible work are a matter of course for you.
• You work autonomously and reliably, like being part of a team, and wish to develop professionally and personally while taking on responsibilities.
• A very good command of German completes your profile.
