Aesthetic Controller

We are looking for a meticulous and rigorous person to ensure the aesthetic control of watchmaking components, in particular dials, hands and other decorative components. Excellent visual acuity, precision and a keen sense of detail are essential for this position. Aesthetic Controller (M/F) Desired profile: Proven experience in aesthetic control in a watchmaking or microtechnical environment. Good knowledge of aesthetic requirements related to watchmaking components and surface finishes. Excellent visual acuity and ability to detect very small defects. Ease in using a loupe, binoculars or a control microscope. Great meticulousness, patience and concentration in the execution of controls. Rigorous, reliable, organized person who respects quality procedures. Good team spirit and ability to communicate identified non-conformities clearly. Sense of quality and detail, with a methodical and consistent approach. Main responsibilities: Perform meticulous aesthetic control of watchmaking components such as dials, hands and decorative parts. Verify the appearance of parts using suitable control means: loupe, binoculars, microscope or specific lighting. Identify appearance defects: scratches, shocks, stains, dust, surface, treatment, color or marking defects. Control the conformity of parts according to quality criteria, control ranges and reference samples. Perform sorting operations, isolate non-conforming parts and ensure their identification. Fill in control documents and guarantee the traceability of the controls carried out. Report identified anomalies and collaborate with production and the quality department in a continuous improvement process.
