Bern, Switzerland | 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution <br /> • Carrying out audits of unemployment funds regarding the paid insurance benefits • Verifying the paid short-time work or bad weather compensation in companies • Answering inquiries and advising the enforcement agencies of unemployment insurance on the correct application of the law • Providing management support to the enforcement agencies in ensuring legally compliant dossier processing <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher commercial vocational training, preferably with further training in the field of social insurance, and at least five years of experience in the field of unemployment insurance or good legal knowledge in this area • Very independent and precise way of working, analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as rapid comprehension paired with an outstanding understanding of mathematical processes and connections • Excellent editorial skills for stylistic and legally secure reporting of the established facts • High communication skills for conducting demanding meetings with officials from implementing agencies and companies • Very good active knowledge of two official languages in spoken and written form, as well as passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In a nutshell The Directorate for Work of SECO is the federal competence center for all core issues of labor market policy and unemployment insurance. The service area <<Labor Market / Unemployment Insurance>> carries out the supervision of the Unemployment Insurance Act. The Audit Service department is responsible for financial, compliance, and IT audits, as well as the needs-oriented preparation of information on audit results. The Compliance ALK/AGK Romandie and Ticino group of the Audit Service checks the legality of the paid insurance benefits at the unemployment funds and the companies.
